Any and all information you supply in ordering The Pest Control Video® is solely used for that purpose. After you have received your product and e-mailed us your password we store your name, password and e-mail address in our data base (your e-mail address is used to verify that you have purchased a video thus giving you access to our pest control technician e-mail service). All other information you supplied in ordering your product is deleted from our data base. We do not share, sell or give out any of our customers information.

RETURN POLICY

Because you are buying media material. Random Ideal Products, Inc will not refund your money. If your product is damaged or defective we will gladly replace it free of charge. You will be responsible for shipping costs to return the product. Random Ideal Products, Inc will then ship a replacement for free. Defective merchindise must be returned within 30 days.
